Delivery Policy

We currently only ship within the UK.

Dispatch time is 1-3 days for most orders, if for any reason your item cannot be dispatched within this time frame we will contact you and let you kow of the delay.

Delivery etimates below are just estimates based on the average delivery time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please keep this in mind and allow 10 business days for UK delivery.

UK DELIVERY:

Royal Mail 1st Class 2-5 Business Days: Free

All item are sent in post box size padded envelopes. Most orders will be tracked but tracking my be limited to just a delivery scan only as each countries postal service is different. High value orders may also require a signature on delivery too for security reasons.

International buyers please be aware I am not responsible for any Import Duty or VAT that may be charged to the buyer by customs upon entry to your country. Each country has it own import laws and I am unable to advise if or what these costs may be. As my items are sent from the UK, UK buyers will not have to worry about any import charges on their purchases.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when purchasing, any items returned due to a incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded minus shipping costs.
